Auto-rickshaw driver killed in road mishap

A person died on the spot and two others were injured in a road accident along the Nepalgunj-Kohalpur road section in Banke district this morning.The accident took place when a bus (Bhe 1 Kha 2129) and auto-rickshaw collided in front of the Traffic Police Office, Kohalpur. Though the identity of the deceased has to be ascertained yet, he was auto-rickshaw driver, said Deputy Superintendent of Police at the District Police Office, Banke, Shiva Bahadur Singh.

Similarly, the injured have been receiving treatment at Kohalpur Medical College. Police have arrested the bus driver.
