Nominations for Farwest Sports Awards announced

Farwest Sports Awards has 6 categories out of which four nominations have been made public. Organised by Nepal Sports Journalist Forum, Kailali and Kailali Hospital the award ceremony will be held on 31st December in Dhangadhi.

Nominations for Player of The Year male category are, Prince Dahal for Badminton, Khadak Bohara for Cricket, and Sagar Bhandari for weight lifting. While the nominees for the player of the year female are, Sangeeta Dhami for Wrestling, hockey Bindu Bista for hockey, and Kavita Kunwar for Cricket.

Youth Player of The Year Chandra Bhandari of Football, Sagar Bhandari for Weight Lifting, Alisha Khati for Wushu. Coach of The Year, Rajendra Chanda for Wresting, Gayendra Chetri for Cricket, and Jeevan Gauatam for Weight Lifting.
