Ajay Chaudhari's death an accident or a murder?

On Kartik 11th twenty two years old Ajay Chaudhari was found died after falling from the fifth floor of Pushpanjali Hotel, Mahendranagar, Kanchanpur. He was consuming alcohol with a twenty two year old lady and two other friends Binod Khatri and Ramesh Bhatt when the incident took place. The police suspect it to be a planned murder and has arrested the three of them as a suspect for further investigation.
