A case filed against Prakash Rawal for fraudulent

A case has been registered against the Minister of State for Industry, Tourism, Forest and Environment Mr. Prakash Rawal at the District Court, Kanchanpur. Nabaraj Pandey a branch officer of the court has confirmed that a case has been filed by Tara Prasad and ten other shareholders of Janjyoti Multiple Campus, against Rawal and thirty six other shareholders of Janjyoti Multiple Campus on the charges of fraudulent. Rawal who is also a share holder at the college has allegedly been involved in equity fraud.
