Woman Dies After Falling from Cliff While Cutting Grass in Darchula

Darchula: A woman has died after falling from a cliff while cutting grass in Darchula.

On Sunday morning, 40-year-old Saraswati Joshi of Hekati, Duhun Rural Municipality-2, died at the scene after falling from a cliff.

Keshav Sharma, a Sub-Inspector at the District Police Office, Darchula, stated that Joshi fell while cutting grass at a location known as “Phagala,” situated two kilometers from her home.

Joshi was employed as an Early Childhood Development (ECD) facilitator at Gaurilmadau Secondary School in Duhun.
