Aristo English School Donates Rs. 301,111 to Bhotekoshi Flood Relief Fund

Dhangadhi: Aristo English High School in Dhangadhi has provided Rs. 301,111 for the rescue and relief of flood victims in the Bhotekoshi region.

The school said the amount collected from students, teachers, staff and the school itself has been deposited in the Prime Minister's Disaster Relief Fund.

According to the school, the total contribution of Rs. 301,111 comprises Rs. 54,925 voluntarily collected from students, Rs. 125,000 from teachers and staff, and Rs. 121,186 from the school.

The school stated that the contributions included Rs. 500 from each employee, Rs. 1,000 from each basic-level teacher, Rs. 1,500 from each secondary-level teacher and Rs. 2,000 from school officials. Similarly, the school said its principal and managing director contributed Rs. 5,000 each.

The school said the financial assistance was provided to support affected citizens during the difficult period of the disaster. It also called on citizens across the country to unite during disasters and join hands in the rescue and relief of victims.
