Komatsu’s official spare parts sales center begins operations in Dhangadhi
Dhangadhi: Continental Trading Enterprises Pvt. Ltd., the authorized distributor of Japanese construction machinery brand Komatsu in Nepal, has brought into operation an official spare parts sales center in Dhangadhi, Kailali. The center, located in Dhangadhi-13, Mohanpur, has been operational since Falgun 1.
The spare parts sales center is operated by Dynamic Heavy Equipments Pvt. Ltd. and was jointly inaugurated by Laxman Swar, President of the Far Western Province of the Nepal Construction Entrepreneurs’ Federation, and Laxman Saund, Province President of the Heavy Equipment Entrepreneurs’ Association.
Established with a focus on serving customers in the Far Western region, the center aims to ensure easy and prompt availability of genuine spare parts for Komatsu machines. The company stated that customers will now have quicker access to authentic components and reliable service support.
The new facility is expected to enhance the efficiency of Komatsu machines used in construction, infrastructure, and industrial sectors, while also contributing to extending their operational lifespan. As an authorized dealer, Dynamic Heavy Equipments will provide customers with genuine spare parts, necessary technical guidance, and fast service support.
According to the company, this initiative reinforces Komatsu’s commitment to world-class quality and service. Continental Trading Enterprises, which has been representing Komatsu’s Japanese engineering excellence, durability, and modern technology in Nepal, described the expansion to Dhangadhi as a significant step toward nationwide outreach and improved customer satisfaction.
The inauguration ceremony was attended by company representatives, local entrepreneurs, industry stakeholders, and invited guests.

Surya Bahadur Thapa, operator of the center, stated that the facility was established in Dhangadhi to provide fast and dependable services to customers in the Far Western region.
Laxman Swar, President of the Construction Entrepreneurs Association, Sudurpaschim, noted that while Komatsu machines are well regarded, the lack of a local service center had previously posed challenges for repairs. He expressed confidence that the new center would address these issues.
Similarly, Tansingh Badaila, President of the Heavy Equipment Entrepreneurs’ Association, said that with the opening of the service center, customers in the Far West would no longer need to place orders from Butwal.
Tank Bhattarai of the Continental Group informed that Komatsu has been providing services in Nepal for the past 20 years and that the Dhangadhi facility marks the company’s third branch in the country. He expressed hope that customers in the region would benefit from having both parts and service available at a single location.
