Nepal police recommends Kailali’s Bishwa Adhikari for promotion to DIG

Kathmandu: Nepal Police has recommended the promotion of District Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Bishwa Adhikari to the position of Deputy Inspector General of Police (DIG).

The Secretariat of the Promotion Committee under the Ministry of Home Affairs has recommended Adhikari, currently serving at the Crime Control and Investigation Division of the Bagmati Province Police Office in Hetauda, for the DIG post.

Rajan Adhikari, Member Secretary of the Promotion Committee and Additional Inspector General of Police, stated that the recommendation has been made in accordance with Sub-rule (4) of Rule 27 of the Police Regulations, 2071 (with amendments).
