Fugitive convict arrested in Tikapur

Dhangadhi: A fugitive convict from Tikapur, Kailali, has been arrested.

Pradeep Kumar Bhandari, 28, of Tikapur Municipality-1, Block No. 10, had been absconding after the District Court Kailali’s verdict on 30 Shrawan 2081 sentenced him to one month and 29 days in prison in a drug-related case.

A police team deployed from the Area Police Office, Tikapur, confirmed that Bhandari was arrested from his residence on Thursday.
