Dhangadhi distributes 1,500 mango saplings to community schools

Dhangadhi: Dhangadhi Sub-metropolitan City has distributed 1,500 mango saplings to community schools as part of its ongoing initiative to promote greenery and student engagement in horticulture.

According to Technical Assistant Keshav Raj Khatri, the distribution includes 1,000 saplings of the Amrapali variety and 500 of the Dashahari variety, provided to 40 walled community schools across the city.

Following the distribution of 4,500 fruit saplings last year, this year’s initiative continues with the aim of encouraging students to care for the plants and enjoy their fruits in the coming years.
