Customs evasion goods worth over Rs 55,000 seized in Dhangadhi and Bhajani

Dhangadhi: Police have recovered customs evasion goods worth approximately Rs 55,260 from two locations in Kailali district—Dhangadhi Sub-metropolitan City-3 near the Customs Barrel and Bhajani Municipality-7 Hikmatpur.

According to the District Police Office, Kailali, the seized items, illegally imported from India, include sugar, bidi, tobacco, syrup, kurti, and other goods. The contraband was taken under control by patrol teams deployed from the District Police Office and its subordinate units.
