Baitadi Resident Passes Away in Malaysia

Baitadi: Tragedy strikes as a young man from Baitadi, 30-year-old Bishnu Lohar of Dasarathchand Municipality-4 Jorg, is reported to have passed away in Malaysia.

Bishnu Lohar was discovered deceased on Saturday morning, having been found in his room after retiring for the night on Friday. According to his relatives, Bishnu was employed at JCYC Company in Penang, Malaysia. After six years of working in Malaysia, he had returned home last October, following the Dashain celebrations, only to return to Malaysia for employment once again.

Having made plans for marriage upon his return home, Bishnu ventured abroad in pursuit of earning a livelihood. The circumstances surrounding his untimely demise remain undisclosed. Devram Lohar, a relative and ward member of Dasharatchand Municipality-4, has reported efforts underway to repatriate Bishnu's remains back to Nepal.
