Dhangadhi: Little Flower Premier League (LPL) witnessed exhilarating victories as Cricket Excellence Center and Kailali Multiple Campus emerged triumphant in two matches held in Dhangadhi on Wednesday. In a Group 'D' encounter, Excellence Center secured a 3-wicket win against JS Sports-11 Super Stars, while Kailali Multiple Campus defeated Sharda Secondary School by a narrow margin in a Group 'B' clash.
The day's first match saw Excellence Center successfully chase down the target of 132 runs set by JS Sports-11 Super Stars, achieving the milestone in 18.5 overs with 7 wickets down. Abhinash Basyal, the bowler from Excellence Center, earned the player of the match title by claiming 4 crucial wickets. Despite the victory, Excellence Center couldn't advance to the second round, having secured 2 wins and 1 loss from 3 matches. Satyavati Academy from Group D already secured a spot in the semi-finals as group winners with three consecutive wins.

The semi-finalists are now determined with Youth of Tikapur from Group 'B,' Ghodaghodi Cricket Academy from Group 'C,' and Satyavati Academy from Group 'D' securing their spots. The final team to enter the semi-finals will be decided after the match between Dhangadhi Sports Club and Khaptad Indoor Sports Training Center on Wednesday.
