Dhangadhi: Students Stage Procession, Advocate for Martyr Dashrath Chanda National University of Health Sciences in Geta

A spirited demonstration unfolded in Dhangadhi as students rallied together to demand the establishment of the Martyr Dashrath Chanda National University of Health Sciences in Geta. On Tuesday morning, students from SPA College in Dhangadhi organized a procession to exert pressure for the creation of this university. The procession, led by the Sangharsh Samiti dedicated to this cause, commenced from SPA College and reached the busy traffic intersection before culminating in a corner meeting. Notably, students from various other colleges in Dhangadhi actively participated in this demonstration.

During the gathering, impassioned speeches emphasized the urgent need for the government to establish a university in Geta. The students ardently stated that such an institution is crucial to enhance healthcare education and accessibility for residents of the Far Western region.
