Deukalia of Ghodaghodi Witnesses Commencement of Shrimad Bhagwat Week Gyan Mahayagna

Dhangadhi: The auspicious occasion of Srimad Bhagwat Jnana Mahayagna Religious Festival 2080 BS has marked its initiation in Deukalia, Ghodaghodi Municipality-5 of Kailali.

The Week Gyan Maha Yagya has been launched with the noble objective of constructing Aryaghat and Isnanghat within the premises of the Mohanyaleshwar Nandishwar Shiva Temple in Ghodaghodi. The esteemed event was inaugurated by Dev Raj Joshi, the Chief Minister of Sudurpaschim Province. The ceremony witnessed the presence of notable figures including City Chief Khadak Bahadur Rawat, Deputy Chief Gulia Kumari Chaudhary, Ward President, representatives of political parties, social workers, and local residents.

The Madbhagwat Week, Gyan Mahayagna, and Religious Festival are scheduled to be held until May 30th, as announced by the organizing committee. It has been specified that the Mahayagya will continue until the aforementioned date, with Madan Raj Upadhyaya assuming the role of the preacher for the occasion.
