Dhangadhi: Supporters of Bhim Rawal have been found indulging in defaming the vice president of CPN-UML, Bishnu Prasad Paudel. It is said that there was a verbal attack attempted by UML workers shouting slogans against Poudel in Sanfebagar of Achham. After Poudel protested against party leader Bhim Bahadur Rawal in an event held in Sanfebagar on Monday as part of the 'Mission Grassroots' campaign, angry activists tried to attack him. In that sequence, Rawal's supporters also raised slogans against President KP Sharma Oli. After protesting against him in the home district of Rawal, the activists began defaming him. It is said that Rawal's supporters shouted defamatory slogans against KP Oli and Paudel. Along with Vice President Paudel, UML Sudurpaschim Province in-charge Lekhraj Bhatta, Co-in-charge Karn Thapa, President Damodar Bhandari, and others were present in the event.

There was an agreement between them that no one would talk about Rawal. However, it is said that the program itself was canceled after Paudel gave an opinion to the contrary. But UML leader Rawal has accused vice president Bishnu Paudel and other leaders of going too far to incite the supporters. Leader Rawal made it clear at a press conference held in Dhangadhi today that after Vice President Paudel made objectionable remarks on the program, honest supporters retaliated. Vice President Paudel opposed the statement that he "didn't go to ask for a ticket". "I have been contesting the elections since 2048. Did you ever ask for a ticket from anyone?" he asked Vice President Paudel. CPN-UML leader Bhim Rawal has challenged party vice-president Bishnu Paudel to point out the serious mistakes he has made within the party. The vice president of the party, Paudel, who reached Achham, accused the leader Rawal of making serious mistakes within the party, rejecting every decision of the party, not accepting the responsibilities given to him, etc. Leader Rawal said, "I have always spoken in favor of the national interest, the protection of human rights, the country, and the people."

I have raised my voice with the strength to correct the serious errors within the party. I cannot say anything if it was my serious mistake to protest in the House so as not to destroy the national treaty agreement and foreign policy. The program was held in my district. The purpose was to provide information about the party's principles, ideas, etc. It was agreed not to dispute anything. It was a matter of strengthening the party and how to move forward, but in that event, a person targeted me and attacked me," said leader Rawal, "the workers who participated there protested."
