Yoga camp organized in K.I.Singh Rural Municipality

Dhangadhi: A yoga camp and lifestyle counseling program has been started in K.I.Singh Rural Municipality of Doti. Organized by Ayurveda Health Center Dipayal and with the participation of Yoga Yatra Bisnu, the founder of the World Peace Campaign, the program will be conducted for four days.

The yoga program will be conducted by yoga traveler Vishnu and yoga instructor Baldev Joshi of District Ayurveda Health Center Dipayal, Doti. Mr. Baldev Joshi, Yoga Instructor of District Ayurveda Health Center Dipayal Doti informed that in the yoga camp, training will be given about Ayurveda, diet and healthy lifestyle, and about the benefits of yoga in human life.

Lokendra Bahadur Shahi, president of K.I.Singh Rural Municipality said that yoga, Ayurveda, and natural diet and lifestyle are the needs of today and everyone should implement them in their behavior. The camp started on Monday with the participation of district coordination committee members, and ward presidents of various wards of K.I.Singh Rural Municipality, employees, local people, and other intellectuals.
