Village Assembly Session (Winter Session) inaugurated in Kailari

Dhangadhi: The winter session of Kailari rural municipality of Kailali district has started from today.

In the opening program of the Village Assembly Session (Winter Session) of the financial year 2079-80 under the chairmanship of Rural Municipality President Rajsamaj Chaudhary, a condolence resolution was passed regarding the Tikapur incident as a political incident, public holidays were announced for Magh festival and the sad demise of Padam Kalel from the end of Paush to the 3rd of Magh. Kalel was the chairman of District Coordination Committee Kailali.

Village Vice President Bhagwati Kumari Chaudhary, Ward Chairman from Ward No. 1 to 9, Executive Committee Member, Ward Member, Chief Administrative Officer Bir Bahadur Air, Yagam Kalel of Social Development Branch and others participated in the program.

Spokesman of the rural municipality, Dipendra Bahadur Bam, said that the program of consulting with various thematic committees, discussing the bill with legal advisers and experts will be decided at Friday's executive meeting.
