Dhangadhi: Shivraj Bhatta of Nepali Congress has been elected in Baitadi Provincial Assembly (2). He was elected with 17 thousand 152 votes. His competitor Leeladhar Bhatta of CPN-UML got 16 thousand 716 votes.
