Dilliraj Pant retains Kailali-5
Dhangadhi: In Kailali Constituency No. 5, Dilliraj Pant, the member of the House of Representatives candidate of the Nepali Congress, has maintained his lead. When 28,437 votes of the members of the House of Representatives were counted, Pant got 9,430 votes.
UML candidate Naradamuni Rana has 8110 votes. Pant is ahead of Rana by 1320 votes. Independent candidate Pushkarnath Ojha has 3587 votes. Rashtriya Swatantra Party candidate Ishwari Bista has 1948 votes. The Congress candidate is also ahead in State Assembly 2 of constituency number 5 of the district. Nepali Congress candidate Prakash Bahadur Deuba has 5152 votes. UML candidate Durga Joshi has 3122 votes.
The counting of 14,746 votes has been completed in provincial area number 2. In this constituency, the candidate of the alliance is also ahead in the state assembly 1. Ramesh Singh Dhami, the candidate of the Maoist Center, has taken the lead in Region No. 2. He has 3608 votes. UML candidate Nepalu Chaudhary has 2052 votes. The counting of 13927 votes in area number 1 has been completed.
