Borders of the Far-west closed for the elections

Dhangadhi: The borders of Far-west Province have been closed. From 12 midnight on Thursday, all the borders of the Far West connected with India were closed.

The district administration offices said that the checkpoints were closed from 12 midnight on 1st November to 12 midnight on 4th. It is said that the borders have been closed in order to conduct the representative and provincial assembly member elections on November 20 (Mangshir 4) in a clean, transparent, dignified, fair and fearless environment. The borders of Kailali, Kanchanpur, Baitadi, Darchula have been closed.
