Congress member beaten up by staff working in Minister Badu's secretariat in Darchula

Dhangadhi: In Darchula, one person was injured by the beating of an employee working in the secretariat of Industry, Commerce and Supply of Minister Dilendra Prasad Badu. Congress regional committee member Rajendra Bishta was injured in the beating of Rupesh Bishta, who is also a candidate for the member of the House of Representatives from Darchula, working in Badu's secretariat.

On Monday evening, Bishta threw a bottle at the regional committee member during a mutual dispute while they were consuming alcohol at a hotel in Gokuleshwar Bazar. Bishta, who was injured by the bottle, is being treated at Gokuleshwar Hospital.

Chief Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Tarkaraj Pandey of the District Police Office said that the incident was similar. Pandey informed that after treatment at the hospital, Bista was discharged in the evening.
