Delay in the construction of government shopping complex

Dhangadhi Sub- metropolitan municipality allocated a budget of 21 lakhs 36 thousand to start the construction of a shopping complex in the fiscal year 2073- 74.  There has been a delay in the completion of the project as  fourteen shops are still under construction.   Dhangadhi Sub- metropolitan municipality is expected to earn two lakhs a month from the rent, however, it has been unable to rent it out to the local businessmen due to the incompetency of the construction company.
