Covid infection confirmed in 84 more people in Far West

Dhangadhi: Covid infection has been confirmed in 84 more people in Sudurpaschim Province today. According to the data released by the Directorate of Health, Dipayal, 1,043 samples were tested at the border crossings of Kailali, Kanchanpur and Baitadi, and 63 people were confirmed to have human-to-human infection.

Similarly, 59 samples tested at Seti Provincial Hospital and 17 samples tested and 5 samples tested at Kamal Bazar Hospital in Achham confirmed the infection in 4 samples, according to the directorate.

Today, 9 corona patients are being treated in Seti Provincial Hospital and 1 person is being treated in Dadeldhura Hospital. So far, 634 people have died due to Covid throughout the province.
