All the roads that were blocked in the Far West are in operation

Dhangadhi: After the rains, all the roads that were blocked in the Far West have come into operation. Roads connecting Bajhang, Baitadi, Bajura and Darchula were blocked due to rain since Tuesday night.

The highway was blocked at Jalebagar in Bajhang due to erosion by the Seti river. The road was blocked due to landslides at places like Nangtad in Shailyashikhar of Darchula, Thum in Patan of Baitadi and Bhanjang in Sunrya.

But now all the roads have been put into operation, said the head of provincial traffic police office, Attaria, Superintendent of Police Pravin Dhital. "Now, all the roads are one-way, but there is a risk that they will be blocked again. The JCB and the manpower are ready for that." he said.
