One injured from lightning strike in Dhangadhi

Dhangadhi: A person has been injured in a lightning strike in Dhangadhi. Khadak Bahadur Rana, 65, of Jugeda in Dhangadhi Sub-Metropolis-12 was injured in a lightning strike on Saturday morning.

Shivaraj Joshi, information officer at the District Administration Office, Kailali, said that he was struck by lightning while washing clothes on the veranda of his house. He said that Rana was brought to Seti Provincial Hospital for treatment.
