Ravi Lamichhane started the National Independent Party

Dhangadhi: Ravi Lamichhane, who left television journalism and got involved in politics, has said that he will not join the old party.

In a program organized at the National Assembly on Tuesday, he announced his candidacy for the new party. He has announced plans to move forward by opening a national independent party.

He urged those who had declared their candidacy to join his party. He said that the party was formed as proportional votes had to be collected from all over the country.
