Dhangadhi: The final voting results of 87 local levels of the far-western states have been made public. The final results of all the municipalities of the state except Budhiganga municipality of Bajura district have been made public.
Nepali Congress has become the largest party in the far-western states by winning the most number of seats. Congress has won 40 chiefs and chairpersons and has become the first party to win deputy chiefs and vice-chairpersons in 47 municipalities.
In 2074 BS, the Nepali Congress had won 38 local level chiefs and chairpersons. Similarly, the CPN-UML has become the second party by winning 25 local level chiefs and chairpersons and 24 local level deputy chiefs and vice-chairpersons.
In 2074 BS, UML became the first party to win 39 seats in the state. The CPN-Maoist Center, which won 10 local levels in 2074 BS, has become the third party by winning 14 local level chiefs and chairpersons and deputy chiefs and vice-chairpersons in 11 municipalities.

The Nepali Congress has won 7 local elections in Doti, 7 in Achham, 6 in Bajhang, 5 in Dadeldhura, 5 in Kanchanpur, 4 in Baitadi, 3 in Bajura and 3 in Kailali. Similarly, UML has won 5 seats in Darchula, 5 seats in Bajura, 4 seats in Baitadi, 3 seats in Bajhang, 3 seats in Kanchanpur, 2/2 seats in Kailali and Achham and one seat in Doti.
The UCPN-M has won four seats in Darchula, two each in Bajhang, Dadeldhura and Kailali, and one each in Baitadi, Doti, Achham and Kanchanpur.
