Bhimdatta municipality fails to finalise a location to build a dump-yard

Regional Urban Development Project funded by Asian Development Bank was directed towards constructing dumping sites, roads, drainage systems and manage waste and water  in two municipalities  in Kailali and Kanchanpur. The project was allocated a budget of eleven billion which has probabilities of being withdrawn. As Bhimdutta municipality, Kanchanpur, is incharge of finalizing a location for the dump yard, they have been unable to do so,  leading to obstructions and hurdles in the rest of the plan due to delay in decision making and paucity of a place to dispose the debris produced in the process.
