Development projects unable to be implemented

Even after five months of the current fiscal year, the development projects have not been able to be implemented. The situation has become unstable and difficult at the Urban Development and Building Division Office,  As only four people have been present in the office that requires fourteen people. Only one out of them is technically sound, lack of skilled human resource and unprofessional behavior is creating a hurdle in the implementation of the projects.
