Kailali's Development Offices unable to manage budgets

The government offices driven towards Kailali’s development is at a tough spot in three months time, since the new budget. Out of the 2 billon allocated, only 15 corers have been used.   

Although,  some amount is being spent on the construction of Rani Jamara, Hulaki road project, Mohana bridge Attariya road, However, most offices haven’t come up with a substantial plan for the right use of the budget. Only 4% of the allocated budget has been used.
