660 returnees from India enter Nepal via Trinagar border on Thursday
A total of 660 returnees from India entered Nepal through Kailali's Trinagar border on Thursday, according to the District Police Office, Kailali. According to DSP Pratik Bista of District Police Office, Kailali, 190 Indian nationals have returned to India on the same day.
Most of the citizens who entered through the checkpoint have been returned to their houses. Shivraj Joshi, information officer at the District Administration Office, Kailali, said that the returnees have been sent to the local level quarantine.
However, most of the local level quarantines have been closed. On Thursday, PCR tests were performed on 1,211 people through three laboratories in the Far West.
