Two-year-old girl drowns

Dhangadhi: A two-year-old girl has drowned in a river in Kanchanpur district. Muskan Thapa, a two-year-old, daughter of Surendra Thapa of Krishnapur Municipality-2 has drowned in the Banda River, said Amar Bahadur Thapa, Deputy Superintendent of Police at the District Police Office of Kanchanpur.

He said that the girl drowned in the Banda River on Tuesday evening while her parents were sleeping.
