Dhangadhi installs street lights in ‘25 houses’ area under bright Dhangadhi program

Dhangadhi: Street lights have been installed in the ‘25 Houses’ (Pachchis Ghar) area and Aigaun in Dhangadhi Sub-metropolitan City-19.

Ward Chairperson Badhuram Chaudhary inaugurated the street lights, which were installed along roads under the ‘Ujyalo Dhangadhi’ (Bright Dhangadhi) program. The initiative aligns with the sub-metropolitan city’s ‘One Ward, One Economic Hub’ policy, which aims to keep market areas illuminated and active at night.

With the street lights now operational, the nighttime appearance of the ‘25 Houses’ area and Aigaun has become more attractive. The installation is also expected to make movement easier for local residents and travelers, boost nighttime economic activity in the market area, and enhance the urban landscape.

Dhangadhi Sub-metropolitan City has been installing street lights along various roads and in market areas across the city by integrating the ‘Ujyalo Dhangadhi’ program with its ‘One Ward, One Economic Hub’ policy. The sub-metropolitan city continues its campaign to make public spaces brighter, safer, better organized, and more attractive.
