18-year-old leads ‘EgoLize Rehabilitation’ campaign to promote cleanliness and development in Punarbas
Dhangadhi: An ‘EgoLize Rehabilitation’ campaign has been launched under the leadership of 18-year-old Ashok Royal of Punarbas Municipality-5, ‘C’ village, Kanchanpur, with the aim of encouraging youth participation in social work and contributing to the development and cleanliness of the resettlement area.
Initiated by Royal, the campaign plans to undertake cleaning, improvement and construction-related activities concerning damaged roads, public places and surrounding areas at various locations in Punarbas Municipality.
The campaign also aims to identify problems within the municipality, draw the attention of concerned authorities and initiate necessary improvements at the local level.
According to campaign leader Royal, its main objective is to raise awareness among young people about social work and encourage their active participation in the development of their community. He said the campaign also seeks to convey the message that young people can bring positive change to their communities if they take initiative.
The campaign plans to increase the participation of local youth and coordinate with relevant local bodies as necessary to improve the condition of roads and public spaces in various resettlement areas.
The ‘Equalize Resettlement’ campaign is expected to contribute to raising awareness among young people and drawing the attention of local authorities to development, construction and sanitation issues.
