Three farmers honored with ‘Bhimdatta’ best farmer award in Kailali

Attariya (Kailali): On the occasion of this year’s ‘23rd National Paddy Day and Planting Festival-2083’, the Agricultural Knowledge Center Kailali on Monday awarded three local farmers with the ‘Bhimdatta’ Best Farmer Award-2083.

Fisherman Manoj Khanal of Ghodaghodi Municipality-2, who has been engaged in commercial agriculture for a long time, vegetable farmer Dhan Bahadur Chaudhary of Ghodaghodi Municipality-8, and fruit farmer Rita Kumari Deuba of Chure Rural Municipality-1 were honored with Rs 25,000 in cash, certificates, and a dosalla.

District Coordination Committee Kailali Chief Tika Kumari Chaudhary congratulated the award-winning farmers while handing over the certificates along with the cash.
