Chief Minister’s small enterprise program to be launched in six municipalities of Far West

Dhangadhi: The Far West Provincial Government is set to launch the Chief Minister’s Small Enterprise Program in six local levels across the province.

The policy and program for the upcoming fiscal year introduced by the provincial government state that the program will be implemented in six local levels with high poverty rates, including two in Baitadi.

The policy and program mention that the initiative will be launched in Sigas Rural Municipality and Shivnath Rural Municipality of Baitadi, Dhakari Rural Municipality and Kamalbazar Municipality of Achham, Shikhar Municipality of Doti, and Triveni Municipality of Bajura.

The provincial government has stated that the program aims to reduce the growing migration of manpower by creating employment opportunities. It is also mentioned that the program will be implemented intensively in municipalities with high poverty rates by linking it with education, health, and nutrition programs.
