Nisarga hospital provides essential medicines to storm-affected school in Doti
Dhangadhi: As part of its social responsibility initiative, Nisarga Hospital and Research Center Pvt. Ltd. has provided essential medicines to Shree Raghunath Secondary School in Jorayal Rural Municipality-6, Nirauli, Doti.
The hospital stated that the medicines were handed over with the objective of supporting the health care needs of students after the storm that struck on April 20 damaged various structures, including the school hostel.
Hospital Chairman Tirtharaj Panta said that education and health sectors must move forward together during disaster situations, adding that the hospital will continue to extend necessary assistance to the school and local community in the coming days as well.
He expressed his commitment to remain active through Nisarga Hospital in supporting the health security of students and citizens in remote areas through social service initiatives. He also stated that the institution will continue to stand with disaster-affected schools and students.
During the program, School Principal Dhan Bahadur Punmagar expressed gratitude to the Nisarga Hospital family for the support provided during difficult circumstances, prioritizing the health security of students and the school.
