Two arrested with heroin in Kanchanpur

Kanchanpur: A joint team deployed from the Narcotics Control Bureau Branch, Mahendranagar, and the Area Police Office, Dodhara-Chandani, has arrested two individuals with drugs suspected to be brown heroin.

On 2083 BS, at around 11:20 am, Bidyan Bista, a resident of Bhimdatta Municipality-4, Bhagatpur, and Sumit Chaudhary, a resident of the same area, were found moving suspiciously from the Pashupati Tole area of Dodhara-Chandani Municipality-1 in Kanchanpur district.

During a search, police said 4 grams and 680 milligrams of a brown substance resembling brown heroin was recovered after weighing.

Police have stated that both individuals have been arrested along with the seized substance, and further investigation has been initiated.
