17 Arrested with narcotics in a single day across multiple districts

Kathmandu: A police team deployed on regular patrol has arrested 17 individuals with drugs from various parts of the country.

According to the Central Police News Room, four people were arrested from Jhapa on Tuesday, three each from Siraha and Kailali, two each from Makawanpur and Lalitpur, and one each from Udayapur, Kapilvastu and Parsa.

A team from the Narcotics Bureau seized brown heroin, marijuana, as well as Tramadol and Spasmo, which can only be purchased with a doctor’s prescription, from their possession.
