Elderly man dies after lightning strike in Bajura

Bajura: An elderly man died after being struck by lightning in Budhinanda Municipality on Sunday.

The deceased has been identified as 73-year-old Naina Budha of Dogadawada, Budhinanda-3, said Police Inspector and Spokesperson of the District Police Office Naresh Bahadur Shahi.

According to him, the elderly man was injured after being struck by lightning while grazing his cattle. He died on the way to Basic Hospital Kolti for treatment.
