Far west province budget session set to begin from Thursday

Kailali: The budget session of the Far West Province Assembly is scheduled to begin from next Thursday. Province Chief Nazir Mian has called the session on the recommendation of the provincial government.

Chief Minister Kamal Bahadur Shah paid a courtesy visit to Province Chief Mian on Saturday and submitted a recommendation letter requesting the session to be convened. Based on the same recommendation, the meeting has been scheduled for Thursday, April 17 at 4 pm, informed Sabir Ali, Chief Personal Secretary to the Province Chief.

According to Article 183 (1) of the Constitution, the Province Chief has called the session on the recommendation of the government. Earlier, the bill session of the Province Assembly was concluded effective from midnight on April 29.
