Armed police in Baitadi celebrate 25th anniversary with social service initiatives

Baitadi: On the occasion of the 25th anniversary of Armed Police Force Nepal No. 7, Baidyanath Bahini, No. 51 Gulma Headquarters Baitadi has emphasized social service and public awareness programs.

As part of the anniversary activities, Gulma carried out a cleanliness campaign in border areas and religious sites, contributing to environmental protection and promoting a positive message within the community.

Deputy Superintendent Jang Bahadur Kunwar, Chief of Gulma, stated that such initiatives will continue in collaboration with local communities.

Fruits were distributed to 15 patients receiving treatment at District Hospital Baitadi, while children in orphanages and hostels were engaged in humanitarian service by receiving snacks and fruits.

In addition, public awareness programs were conducted to address crime and drug abuse in border areas, along with demonstrations to educate the public on fire safety measures related to gas cylinders.

The Armed Police Force expressed that these activities aim to strengthen relations with citizens and create a positive impact on society.
