Education Minister Sasmit Pokharel appointed government spokesperson

Kathmandu: Education Minister Sasmit Pokharel has been appointed as the government spokesperson.

The decision was made during the first Cabinet meeting held today following the formation of the new government. Pokharel himself made public the decisions taken during the meeting.

The Cabinet meeting took four key decisions in total. These include paying tribute to the martyrs, approving 100 tasks for governance reforms, and immediately implementing the report of the Geneji Movement Inquiry Commission.

The government has stated that these decisions will be implemented with a focus on ensuring good governance and effective service delivery.
