Man arrested with heroin in Kanchanpur

Kanchanpur: A man has been arrested with brown heroin in Kanchanpur.

Harish Bhatt, 24, of Pragati Tole, Shuklaphanta Municipality-5, was arrested near Fort No. 4 in Belauri Municipality-10 of the district with brown heroin. Police arrested Bhatt on Sunday afternoon with 830 milligrams of the drug.

Bhatt, who was riding a motorcycle (Se 7 Pa 2937), was suspiciously traveling from India to Nepal when a police team deployed from the Area Police Office, Beldandi, Kanchanpur, found the substance and arrested him along with the motorcycle.
