UML intensifies election campaign across Kailali constituencies

Dhangadhi: The Nepal Communist Party (UML) has stepped up its campaign across all five constituencies of Kailali ahead of the 21st House of Representatives elections.

The party has launched a series of activities, including village-level meetings, public gatherings, election mobilization committees, and subcommittee formations. Leaders at the central, provincial, and local levels are engaging directly with voters to highlight UML’s past achievements and outline future plans.

UML Provincial Secretary Ran Bahadur Chand stated that the party is also focusing on programs targeting youth, women, and farmers. He added that party candidates are visiting communities to identify local issues, understand voter needs, and discuss plans for future development.

On Thursday, the Local Development Department of UML in Kailali organized a gathering of locally elected representatives. The meeting emphasized analyzing recent political developments and committing to fully adhere to the election code of conduct.

Lila Bhandari, UML central member, Kailali coordinator, and National Assembly member, served as the chief guest at the gathering of elected local representatives.
