Candidacy registration schedule announced for Kailali constituency no. 5

Dhangadhi: The Office of the Chief Electoral Officer has released the schedule for candidacy registration in Kailali Constituency No. 5 ahead of the upcoming House of Representatives elections.

To ensure security and streamline the process, the office has arranged staggered registration times for different parties and independent candidates on Tuesday. According to Assistant Electoral Officer Chentaraj Pant, independent candidates and other parties can register their nominations from 10:30 am to 12:00 pm.

The Civil Liberties Party is scheduled from 12:00 pm to 12:30 pm, the National Independence Party from 12:30 pm to 1:00 pm, the Nepali Communist Party from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm, and the Nepali Congress Party from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm.

Further, the Rastriya Janamorcha Party will register from 3:00 pm to 3:30 pm, CPN (United) from 3:30 pm to 4:00 pm, and CPN (UML) from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm.

The Office of the Chief Electoral Officer stated that while staggered times have been set for organization, nominations can be submitted at any time between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm.
