Firecrackers worth Rs 333,000 recovered from bushes in Kanchanpur

Kanchanpur: Police have recovered firecrackers hidden in bushes from Kanchanpur.

Firecrackers valued at Rs 333,000 were found in two large cartons concealed in the farm of Sikendar Sunar in Kashipure Tole, Dodhara Chandani Municipality-7.

A police team from the Area Police Office Dodhara Chandani, along with a joint team from the Armed Police Force BOP Kanchabhoj, discovered and recovered the firecrackers on Thursday.

The seized firecrackers have been taken under police control and subsequently destroyed, officials confirmed.
