Customs evasion goods worth Rs 94,000 seized in Kailali

Dhangadhi: Police have seized customs evasion goods worth approximately Rs 94,000 in Kailali.

According to the District Police, the goods had been illegally imported from India through the Dasgaja Community Forest in Tikapur Municipality-9, bypassing customs procedures.

A police patrol team deployed from the Area Police Office, Tikapur, intercepted the consignment and took control of kurta, surwal, trousers, T-shirts, and other items valued at around Rs 94,000.
