Dengue confirmed in two individuals in Darchula

Darchula: Dengue infection has been confirmed in two individuals in Darchula, according to the district hospital.

Hospital Information Officer Dambar Dutta Bhatta stated that a woman from Mahakali Municipality-6 and a man from Kohalpur, Banke, have tested positive for dengue. The woman was diagnosed last Shrawan and has been receiving treatment at the district hospital, with her health showing some improvement. The man was confirmed infected today.

In the fiscal year 2081/82, a total of 32 dengue cases were reported at the district hospital, including 14 women and 18 men.
